Have you seen this error when trying to "Install ALL City Packages?"

Error updating information in database INSERT INTO nuke_wthr_city (nuke_wthr_city.accid, nuke_wthr_city.city_title, nuke_wthr_city.subdiv_id) VALUES ('USNJ0001', 'Absecon', '101')

It seems to happen every time, and I've gotten it on different sites with different databases too...
