I think I am running 1.30 and it has worked perfect for months but the weather block
displayes Vent not Wind. I cannot seem to find where Vent: is set.

I looked in the 1.30 package and you are right the is a typo in modules/weather/pnlang/weather.php
look for the line :
define('_WIND', 'Vent');
and replace it with
define('_WIND', 'Wind');
Apparently it was corrected in 1.31
Please remember that 1.30 is not compatible with PostNuke .750, you need at least v 1.31
