First of let me say I love this mod, but heres the problem im having with vr 1.31 I got it all uploaded over vir 1.30 and got it to work, went and put up the wether block that all went well but when i goto my acc (not admin menu users menu) and click on Modify weather settings I get this error:

This only comes up if I have a active Weather block up on home page if its off no error comes up and it go's to ther right page.

I fixed it I had to re upload it and upgrade it all again and now it all works thanks anyways :)

glad to hear that you fixed it. However, the advice of deactivating, removing, reuploading, initializing and activating was that I was ready to write as an answer.
Last advice to those having similars problems :
Go to Administration -> Blocks
Click on "Show all blocks"
See if you don't have an old weather module you deactivated, but forgot to delete
Sometime such "forgetten" and deactivated old blocks cause a lot of trouble.

yep that was the problem I had vir 1.30 in there and just dident do the upgrade the right way to 1.31 so kiddys do what vedrine said he know of what he says :)
