OK.. I guess I am a noob, but I can't get the information for Peru, Indiana, USA the Zip is 46970

I just tried on this website and I have no problem selecting peru, Indiana.
(You can try for yourself if you want, you need to be a registered user of this website, then choose weather on the left main menu, click on the "Change settings" link, choose Region United States, click on the Select button, country USA, click on the Select button, subdivision IN, click on the Select button, city Peru, click on the Select button, choose units, click on the save changes button, click on the view forecast link)
So let'us review the process on your website
- what method for gathering data do you use ? I use weather.com but I suppose MSNBC also works for Peru (but I didn't try it)
- you need to add city package for Indiana. Go to Administration -> weather click on the "Install city package(s)" link
choose usa indiana in the popup menu and click on the "Install city package(s)" button (please DON'T click on the Install ALL city package(s)" button, as this will install more than 36000 cities and slow down your weather module a lot !!)
- if you want Peru to be the default city for anonymous visitors and for registered users who doesn't choose another one, click on the "Change default local weather" link and choose peru (choose Region United States, click on the Select button, country USA, click on the Select button, subdivision IN, click on the Select button, city Peru, click on the Select button, choose units, click on the save changes button)
If anywhere in this process you get an error message, write it down exactly as it is displayed and post it here on this forum, I will try to find what is wrong. If you site is online as registration is allowed you can also provide a link, I will try to register ans see if I can choose Peru as my user preferred city.
