Hello,
what language are you using on your website ? You must be aware that only english and french are up to date, all other languages would require some work.
The problem you describe is because of a missing lang define : there is a line
define('_WEATHER_THEWEATHERCHANNEL', 'The Weather Channel');
missing in one of the files in modules/weather/pnlang/your_lang directory
If you give me the language of your website and if the problem is in the block or in the module itself i will be able to correct the problem.
