All,
Just looking at this, and I think I may have missed something...
If a user goes to the "Change Avatar" control to set their avatar, they can only pick their own uploaded avatar.
However, if they go to the main profile edit, they can pick any personal avatar.
Is this right? Have I forgotten to edit something? -

Sometimes usermanuals are usefull
You should read the pnavatar/pndocs/install.txt file and specially the "Integration of pnavatar into PostNuke" paragraph.
Several ways of avoiding this problem are given.
For Solution #2 and PostNuke .762, the change is exactly the same as the one given for PostNuke .761. -
