    Hello,
    This was one of the changes I made : in the module previous versions the time displayed was simply the date and time where data where retrieved from MSNBC and cached in the database. I found this information uninterresting for the visitor so I choose to display the date and time given IN the data. So the date and time displayed are simply a string that the module get from the data. No processing is done.
    So It depend of the metod used
    - for MSNBC there is no precision the field is simply marked "observed at"
    but from what I observed for France it's local time (for country like USA I suppose it's Eastern Time or Western Time according to the city but I'm not sure) The problem is that only date and time get transmitted, no zone mention in the data
    - for weather.com it's better because you get a string like "2/10/04 4:51 PM Local Time"
