I have installed your modification of the pmBOX module and i try to use it as "Messages" module or "pmBOX" module and it doesn't work :(

When i go to admin the module... admin.php?module=pmBOX&op=main... admin.php?module=Messages&op=main...

I am getting the same problem.. Access Denied when trying to go into the Admin section.

Look for the solution given in that thread http://www.vedr...opic-81.html
It was written for another module but the solution will also work for any old style module including pmBOX.
WARNING Please note that you need to edit your ROOT admin.php file, and not the admin.php file in the modules/pmBOX directory !!
