Snoopy v 1.2 compatibility package

Some people using both the weather module and either the RSS module from PostNuke .760 or the rssdisplay module available from http://mtrad.com are experiencing problem and an error message like "Warning: gzinflate(): data error in xxx/Snoopy.class.inc on line 548". This package is aimed at fixing this problem. WARNING if you are NOT experiencing this problem DON't use this package, DON'T patch your existing files !!!
