adding no country format ACCID at front  Début

    Hi all,

    how to add ACCID for location don't have country code at front?
    like this?
    http://weather.msn.com/local.aspx?wealocations=wc:161609957

    added 161609957 but the end it's messing the database.

    i know if format like
    http://weather.msn.com/local.aspx?wealocations=wc:MYXX0008

    just add MYXX0008

    anyone?
